Breakfast at the Village Bar
/ Collection of Recent Week’s Musings and Content
Now that I have some boundary conditions set on this website (i.e., how it looks and what I want to put here), I want to focus more on refining all content/musings through this framework of judgment, decision-making, intuition, and risk management outlined on the home page.
Take the content below. Patrick talks about being exposed to and learning what high quality is important. That sort of relates to one refining their framework as a whole. Or even on the day plan for Brunello Cucinelli. Is there some value in having days that are not jam-packed? Days to walk around, do nothing, let your mind wander, allow creativity to incubate unbothered, and be social? It might tie in judgment there: knowing the best thing to do now using available information or being intentional (or not) about the day.
Ideas or Quotes or Cool Words I want to reflect on
Patrick Collison: One of the best things to do is learn how high the quality bar really is.
