5/28: Thinking of additional ways to tap and increase energy naturally. Steeped ginger/garlic/lemon/apple cidar vinegar in water for 30min, added black pepper and maple syrup to taste. Placebo or not, felt tangibly more energy the following few days (sleep kept equal). Very interesting. Inspiration from idea of Nature’s Gatorade.
5/12: Had seen for a while proposed benefits of a group of products, namely collagen and beef gelatin. I picked up some “Vital Proteins – Beef Gelatin” from Whole Foods after being persuaded of potential upside. Will report back. 5/28: Need some more time to evaluate but so far so good.
